Nerine Group has appointed Melanie Rihoy director in its Hong Kong office.

Guernsey-born and educated Rihoy worked for JG Trustees for eight and a half years before the merger with Ansbacher.

She took up her new role with Nerine in Hong Kong recently as the head of client administration, responsible for providing support to specialist estate planning vehicles for high net worth clients in the Asia Pacific region.

“I am proud of my Guernsey training and know that I am well equipped to take on the challenges and considerable opportunities available in the Asia pacific region,” Rihoy says.

Rihoy joins a team of five in the Hong Kong office.
