Evergreen Investments has completed the liquidation of the Evergreen International Balanced Income Fund.

Shares of the fund ceased trading on the New York Stock Exchange on 16 August.

As of the close of business on 16 August, the net asset value of the fund was USD15.88.

Shareholders will receive a liquidating distribution equal to the NAV of their investments in the fund as of the close of business on 16 August.

The board of trustees of the fund approved its liquidation on 16 July.

The fund's shares are no longer offered as an initial public offering and are only offered through broker/dealers on the secondary market.
