Richard Baldock joins Stonehage Group as Executive Director

Multi family office The Stonehage Group has appointed Richard Baldock, former Executive Vice-Chairman of Rothschild Trust in Zürich, as Executive Director in the firm’s Zürich office.

Richard had a distinguished career at Rothschild Trust in Zurich for over fourteen years, becoming Executive Vice-Chairman responsible for their client business worldwide. He also held a position as a member of the Rothschild Executive Committee within Private Banking & Trust. Prior to his move to Switzerland, Richard was a practising solicitor in London.
 
At Stonehage, Richard will be acting as a Key Adviser to a number of large ultra-high net worth international client families. His appointment will further strengthen and broaden Stonehage’s Private Client team in Switzerland, taking the total Swiss staff compliment to over 150, which has more than doubled since 2006.
