Opes Advisors adds real estate investment adviser to team
Aurora Dreyer has joined wealth management firm Opes Advisors as Real Estate Investment Advisor.
Dreyer will lead the firm's Real Estate Investment Advisory Services and provide unbiased, non-commissioned advice to clients to ensure their real estate investment returns are maximised and managed effectively. Dreyer will also provide research expertise and analysis on the overall real estate market, including the current She of real estate capital markets and residential housing markets.
"Opes Advisors' integration of real estate as an asset class and a major financial decision in the client's portfolio and planning is an innovation," says Jonathan Lee, Executive Chairman of Opes Advisors and President, Wealth Management. "Aurora's expertise in real estate and how it fits into the client's balance sheet enables us to offer comprehensive and integrated advice and management of all aspects of the client's portfolio and plan, not just their stocks and bonds."
"I'm pleased to be part of this pioneering firm," says Aurora. "Opes Advisors is changing how people plan for retirement by including real estate expertise in the planning process. Real estate is such a central part of most people's financial lives and long-term plans, and I'm excited to be part of helping people manage these assets and decisions more effectively."
Prior to joining Opes Advisors, Aurora served as Vice President and Regional Asset Manager for Bank of the West/BNP Paribas, and Property and Operations Manager for Pacific Realty Associates. She holds a BA in business management from Colorado State University, is a Principal Member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Silicon Valley and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
