US Wealth Management moves national HQ to expanded office in Greater Boston area
US Wealth Management (USWM) has moved its national headquarters to a larger office in Braintree, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston.
USWM has made this transition as part of its broader ongoing expansion plans, which include the potential increase of its advisers and staff by 200 per cent nationally over the next three years.
Additionally, the company expects to continue to recruit independent wealth managers within the Greater Boston area to its platform, and will also use the new expanded facilities as an optional turnkey office space for new wealth managers. Currently, the company has over 12 employees supporting over 26 independent wealth managers across the country.
John Napolitano, chief executive officer of US Wealth Management, says: “We are delighted to transition into larger office facilities that both accommodate our continued robust expansion as a local employer and leading company within the New England independent financial advisory space, and also fit our growth plans for recruiting additional successful independent wealth managers in the Greater Boston area.”
The new office is located at 30 Braintree Hill Office Park and has more than 7,500 square feet of space. It is larger, more modern and has a better layout to service clients’ needs than its previous location, which was also in Braintree. Twenty five employees will work out of the company’s new headquarters, which includes space for a significant number of future hires.
The seven year lease agreement for the office space was brokered by Cushman and Wakefield.
In addition to its local headquarters, the company has more than 15 offices around the US and approximately USD600m in total advisory and brokerage assets under management in its wealth management practice.
