Lowenhaupt Global Advisors appoints President

Family office Lowenhaupt Global Advisors (LGA) has appointed Chris Quinn, an executive leader with 25 years of financial services and legal experience, as President of the firm.

Quinn will work closely with Chairman and CEO Charles Lowenhaupt in setting the strategic direction of the firm, developing LGA’s management team and managing its operations in St Louis, New York and Chicago.

“Chris Quinn is a highly experienced and talented leader who understands LGA’s values and its special commitment to clients,” Lowenhaupt says. “Chris played a key role in the founding of LGA, and his appointment as President is part of our succession planning to ensure the long-term continuity and growth of the firm.”

Quinn helped found Lowenhaupt Global Advisors in 2006 and served as Chief Family Office Executive. Chris has run a venture capital firm, served on numerous business and charitable boards and advised family offices across the globe, primarily on succession, planning and investments. Earlier in his career, Quinn was a practicing attorney at a multi-national law firm. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a law degree, both from Washington University in St. Louis.
Quinn rejoined LGA in 2017 and has helped LGA add new technology, clients and personnel and post its strongest year since the firm was founded.

“LGA is a world-class firm that understands the dynamic needs of individuals and families of significant wealth,” Quinn says. “I’m pleased to return to the firm and look forward to continue working with Charles and alongside my exceptional colleagues at LGA.”
