Ex-Quilter Cheviot CEO joins board of London-based IFA firm

London based financial adviser Asquire Wealth Management has appointed David Loudon as a non-executive director, effective immediately. For many years Loudon was a senior member of the Quilter Cheviot management team before being appointed CEO in 2015.

Asquire Wealth Management's Yateev Valand welcomes David Loudon to the Board as a non-executive director: "We are pleased with David's decision to join our Board. Maintaining margins and keeping costs low for customers is proving a challenge for most smaller IFAs right now, and David's experience brings us that much closer to our Company's goal of delivering a scalable business and focusing on good customer outcomes through digital technological advances.

“His experience in running and growing one of the UK's largest investment management companies ties in very well with our plans to expand by acquisition and our commitment to the customer experience. This, combined with Mr Loudon's wide-ranging investment management and advisory experience provides us with significant opportunities to build our business."

Headquartered in Richmond, London, Asquire also has a presence in Beckenham, Chelmsford and Stanmore, as well as servicing customers in and around central London.
