Cult Wines appoints new purchasing director

Cult Wines, a specialist in fine wine investment management services, has appointed Hubert Buchmuller to lead the firm’s purchasing team.

Buchmuller is an experienced figure within the fine wine industry. Between 2014–2020, he was Fine Wine Buyer for Compagnie Médocaine, part of the AXA Millésimes Group. Prior to this, he worked for other wine export companies in China and Hong Kong, including Cordier Mestrezat Grands Crus. Hubert was educated in Taipei, Shanghai, London and France.
