HedgePole, was founded in 2004 and headquartered in Switzerland, is a financial services organization and a leading technology partner focused on operations, sourcing, processing and distribution of data in the alternative investments industry.

With the support of our proprietary technology e-platform HedgeData, our mission is to continuously increase straight-through-processing rates and support process standardization and transparency of information in the hedge fund industry. In HedgeData customers can access clean and up-to-date static and pricing data on more than 20 000 hedge and private equity funds.

As an independent business partner, we work with global institutions, investors, banks, custodians and service providers for hedge funds price collection, reference data maintenance and middle office operations.

Joanna Babelek

CEO
Joanna Babelek founded HedgePole in 2004 and is responsible for the company’s strategy, business development and client relationship management. Prior to this she was the Head of Fund Services for RMF Investment Products and she was overseeing the service providers’ relationships for MAN Investments. She also worked for Almafin as Risk Management Consultant and business analyst advising various Swiss banks.

Marina Mielczarek

Head of Business Operations
Marina Mielczarek joined HedgePole in 2011. She is responsible for the general management of the operations including clients’ deliverables as well as business projects and client relationship management. Before joining HedgePole, she worked in the treasury department of the SGB Bank. Marina graduated from Poznan University of Economics and Business with a Master Degree in Finance and Accounting.
