MOSCOW, FEB 24 (Reuters) – The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, said on Tuesday that Moscow’s adversaries probably know how any attack on Russia or on the Russian forces could end if it used a “nuclear element”.
Putin was speaking to the FSB security service, the successor agency to the Soviet KGB.
Putin made the comment after Russia’s foreign intelligence service SVR raised concerns about what it called the possible transfer of elements of nuclear weapons technology to Ukraine.
