On Tuesday, the 13th, a coalition led by Saudi Arabia urged civilians to leave Sabah Central Station of the Yemen Oil Company in the Yemeni capital Sanaa before a planned military operation, according to the Reuters.
In parallel, Yemen’s Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree warned that any attack against targets in Sanaa will be answered “with a harsh and painful response” in Riyadh.
He also stated that the group is preparing a new offensive against several Saudi targets, including the headquarters of Saudi Aramco and one of its refineries.
“The Yemeni Armed Forces warn all employees and citizens present near any Aramco Petroleum facility to evacuate and move away from it, as it is a legitimate target for our forces,” Saree said, in a post on X.
In another post, Saree urged employees to leave areas near Saudi oil facilities, to not put themselves at risk.
The Houthis also warned of possible attacks against King Khaled International Airport, in the Saudi capital.
