Who is 2CRSi?

Founded in 2005 in Strasbourg by Alain and Michel Wilmouth, 2CRSi — for Conseil, Conception, Recherche et Services Informatiques — is a French technology group specialising in the design and manufacture of high-performance computer servers and tailor-made infrastructure solutions.

Its position lies between component manufacturers, such as NVIDIA, AMD, Intel or Micron, and end users including data centers, companies and cloud players. Concretely, 2CRSi assembles and integrates various components (processors, GPUs, memory, storage, cooling systems) to build servers tailored to each client’s needs.

This position in the value chain is particularly interesting in the context of the rise of artificial intelligence. Indeed, 2CRSi does not need to design its own processors or GPUs to benefit from the sector’s growth. Its servers can integrate the latest generations of components developed by major semiconductor manufacturers. The group can thus adapt its solutions to the rapid evolution of computing technologies.

Servers designed for the most demanding applications

2CRSi’s solutions are mainly aimed at artificial intelligence, high-performance computing (HPC), cloud computing and data storage. They are designed to handle large data volumes and meet the needs of applications requiring high computing power.

One of the challenges addressed by the group is energy consumption. AI-dedicated servers indeed contain a growing number of processors and GPUs, which significantly increases their power density and cooling needs.

In this area, 2CRSi has developed liquid cooling solutions, which enable more effective heat removal from components. According to the group, this technology can reduce cooling-related energy consumption by up to 60% compared with traditional equivalent systems.

A offering that extends beyond selling servers

However, 2CRSi’s model is no longer limited to manufacturing and selling hardware. The group is progressively moving up the value chain by developing consulting, engineering, services, cloud and complete infrastructure design activities.

This evolution is starting to show in its results. In the 2025/2026 fiscal year, equipment still accounted for about 94% of revenue, but service revenues rose from 8.3 to 24.7 million euros, a nearly 200% year-on-year increase. These activities also, according to 2CRSi, offer margins higher than those of hardware sales.

The objective is therefore to not only provide the servers needed to run a data center, but to be able to support the client in the design, integration and optimization of their IT infrastructure.

Four brands and a technological ecosystem

To cover these different activities, the 2CRSi group relies on four complementary brands, operating at different stages of the value chain, from research and engineering to deployment of IT solutions: 2CRSi, Adimes, 2CRSi R&D and 2CRSi Cloud Solutions.

2CRSi also relies on a technology partner ecosystem including NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Western Digital, ASUS and Micron, as well as collaborations specialized in liquid cooling, software and infrastructure, with companies such as Submer, LiquidStack, Chemours or Vates.

This organization enables the group to offer configurations tailored to its clients’ needs rather than relying on a single IT architecture.

Beyond AI and HPC infrastructures, 2CRSi also seeks to broaden its innovation scope into new domains, notably robotics.

The group’s ambition is thus to become a global player in AI, cloud and high-performance computing infrastructures, combining hardware, engineering, software and services. This strategy also aims to meet the growing demand for more powerful and energy-efficient IT infrastructures, especially in the context of the rapid expansion of AI-focused data centers.

What to expect from the AI and quantum markets by end-2026 and 2027?

AI Market

The AI market is entering a new phase of large-scale deployment. According to Gartner’s latest estimates published in September 2026, global AI spending is expected to reach $2.670 trillion in 2026, a year-on-year growth of 49.5%. It could rise by another 36.2% in 2027, to around $3.637 trillion.

Gartner notes that global spending on AI infrastructures should reach $1.484 trillion in 2026, up from $982 billion in 2025, a rise of nearly 51%. In 2027, they could reach $1.978 trillion, a further year-on-year increase of over 33%. Infrastructure remains by far the largest line item in AI market expenditures.

This dynamic is driven by massive investments from hyperscalers and cloud service providers, which must expand their compute capacity to meet the demands of training and increasingly inference of AI models. Gartner also estimates that building AI-dedicated data center capacities will remain the primary driver of infrastructure spending in the coming years.

Another dynamic segment is IAAS optimized for AI. Gartner expects 96% growth in spending in 2026, to about $42 billion, followed by a rise to $66 billion in 2027. Growth would thus stay around 57% in 2027, supported by needs related to training large language models and integrating AI into enterprise applications.

The market also offers new growth avenues beyond compute power. Security of AI infrastructures and applications is also growing rapidly. Gartner estimates global AI security spending at $2.84 billion in 2026, up 83%, before a 68.7% rise in 2027 to $4.78 billion. The market could reach nearly $7.7 billion by 2028.

This growth responds to the increasing vulnerabilities of AI systems, but also to needs for control, governance and protection of applications using AI models.

However, this growth should not be extrapolated indefinitely. The AI infrastructure market is particularly capital-intensive and concentrated among a limited number of large customers. A significant portion of demand comes from hyperscalers and cloud providers, whose investment programs can be adjusted quickly based on their ROI expectations.

The availability of GPUs, memory and other electronic and computing components also constrains server manufacturers. The very rapid technology refresh cycles can also lead to faster obsolescence of equipment.

Finally, higher AI spending does not automatically guarantee commensurate revenue and margin growth for all infrastructure providers.

Quantum Market

Quantum computing represents a much younger market and still far from the AI maturity level. It nonetheless constitutes a potential long-term growth track for players capable of providing the necessary infrastructure for its development.

According to Fortune Business Insights, the global quantum computing market should rise from $1.39 billion in 2025 to $1.82 billion in 2026, a growth of about 31%. By 2034, it could reach $17.89 billion, corresponding to an annual growth rate of 33% between 2026 and 2034. On this basis, the market would stay in a phase of rapid expansion in 2027.

Long-term prospects are even greater. McKinsey estimates that companies specializing in quantum computing generated more than $1 billion in revenue in 2025 and that figure could reach $4.4 billion by 2028. The firm also estimates that quantum computing could generate up to $2,700 billion in global economic value by 2035.

Investors’ interest is already reflected in sector funding. Investments in quantum technologies startups reached $12.6 billion in 2025, 6.3 times higher than in 2024, according to McKinsey.

The main risk is the commercialization timeline. Unlike AI, whose infrastructures are already deployed at scale, quantum computing remains in development and experimentation for many applications.

The technology also remains fragmented with different hardware architectures and evolving roadmaps. Current investments are therefore more linked to research, development and ecosystem-building than to a level of industrial demand comparable to today’s AI servers.

How does 2CRSi benefit from the AI and quantum boom?

The main beneficiary of the AI boom within 2CRSi today is the high-performance servers business. The group designs machines capable of integrating the latest GPU generations, notably NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra solutions, as well as storage, memory and interconnection components tailored to data center needs.

The Godì range thus constitutes a key growth engine. In June 2026, 2CRSi announced a €110 million order for 194 Godì Blackwell Ultra servers in Germany.

The French specialist in energy-efficient high-performance servers aims, however, to move beyond mere server sales to offer more complete AI infrastructures, including design, engineering, cloud, storage and cooling.

This upgrade in scope is important to improve value added and, ultimately, margins. Thermal management is a strategic innovation axis, as AI server power leads to a substantial increase in energy consumption. 2CRSi has thus entered into partnerships with Valeo and Chemours around liquid cooling and immersion cooling technologies, aimed in particular at high-density computing data centers.

This strategy could also benefit from the development of AI Gigafactories in Europe. 2CRSi participates in the ÆTHER consortium, a candidate for building European AI-dedicated infrastructures. These projects could represent important outlets for servers and infrastructures, but at this stage remain subject to funding, approvals and investment decisions.

Quantum, meanwhile, represents a much more distant growth lever. 2CRSi does not manufacture quantum processors and should not be considered a pure quantum computing player. Its exposure lies more in IT infrastructures and especially post-quantum security.

In August 2026, the group signed a letter of intent with Quanthor to develop solutions notably for critical environments. However, this is an early opportunity: a letter of intent is not a contract and cannot, at this stage, be expected to have a meaningful revenue impact.

For investors, the distinction is important: AI is the current growth engine for 2CRSi, thanks to servers and data center infrastructures, while quantum represents more of a mid- to long-term strategic option. The challenge in the coming years will be to translate the AI investment boom into durable revenue growth, then into higher margins, by developing services and higher value-added solutions.

How far can 2CRSi stock go by the end of 2026? ActivTrades technical analysis

Listed on the stock market since 2018 and moved to the Euronext Growth market in 2022, 2CRSi’s AL2SI share has had a relatively mixed stock market trajectory.

After a sharp decline that wiped out more than 80% of its value between 2018 and 2023, 2CRSi stock began a spectacular rebound fueled by the enthusiasm for AI infrastructures. This upward trajectory translated into a stock price increase of over 164% in 2024 and 189% in 2025.

2026 proved extremely volatile: the price initially surged to gain more than 424% between January and early June, reaching a historic high above €59.95, before plunging in June with a drop of more than 40% in a single session triggered by fraud allegations from the Grizzly Research hedge fund, followed by a 16% decline in July.

Despite this steep pullback, 2CRSi shares still show gains of over 137% since the start of 2026, trading around €27.20, more than 204% above its IPO price.

Technical chart analysis of 2CRSi stock price

On the daily data chart, the 2CRSi stock price is currently within the Ichimoku cloud, signaling a phase of hesitation and precarious balance between buyers and sellers after the sharp volatility seen earlier in the summer.

Several technical factors warrant caution in the short term. On one hand, the stock trades below the Tenkan-sen and Kijun-sen trend lines while approaching the lower cloud boundary, indicating latent selling pressure. On the other hand, 2CRSi has struggled to form new highs since July 10, confirming a clear exhaustion of the upward momentum and a lack of immediate bullish catalysts.

If market sentiment deteriorates and the price slips below the cloud, investors should watch the 25.42 euro support, a break of which would open the path to a deeper pullback toward the major 21.98 euro support. Conversely, to revive a more sustainable bullish dynamic, the stock would need to exit the cloud and clear the first technical resistance at 31.50 euros to aim for the 34.84 euro zone.

Should you invest in 2CRSi stock? ActivTrades view

According to the online broker ActivTrades, 2CRSi stock presents a growth stock profile with strong potential but also high risk. The group benefits directly from the rise of AI infrastructure, a market whose spending is expected to continue growing strongly into 2027. Its position as a designer and integrator of high-performance servers allows it to benefit from rapid equipment refresh cycles and rising computing power requirements.

Growth is no longer just a promise: revenue for the 2025/26 fiscal year reached €416.2 million, up 88% versus 2024/25. 2CRSi now aims to move beyond its historic server sales model to develop services, cloud, engineering and complete infrastructures. The growth in services revenue is thus an encouraging signal, as these activities can offer higher margins than hardware sales.

The group also has several potential growth levers. Servers with the latest GPU generations, liquid cooling solutions, AI Gigafactory projects in Europe, or the development of related services could enable 2CRSi to capture a growing share of value created by AI data center development. Quantum offers a more distant outlook, particularly through post-quantum security, but its impact on the group’s revenues remains highly uncertain today.

This favorable outlook must, however, be weighed against several risks. The AI infrastructure market is very capital-intensive and highly dependent on investments by hyperscalers and major cloud players. An easing in their spending, a normalization of demand or faster-than-expected technological progression could weigh on 2CRSi’s orders. The group remains exposed to GPU and other component availability, as well as to short technology renewal cycles.

The stock’s recent performance also warrants caution. After a spectacular rise in 2024 and 2025, the stock is up more than 137% year-to-date. But prices have been highly volatile this year, reflecting market expectations but also sensitivity to announcements and questions surrounding the group.

Thus, investing in 2CRSi stock in late 2026 is primarily a bet on sustaining the AI infrastructure investment cycle and on the group’s ability to translate this growth into profitability. The potential is meaningful if 2CRSi can gain market share, move upmarket and increase the contribution of its services. However, the growth scenario’s valuation must contend with high volatility and significant operational risks.

For an investor willing to take on high risk and seeking targeted exposure to AI infrastructure development, 2CRSi stock can be a watchlist candidate within a diversified portfolio. Conversely, the stock profile is less suited for an investor seeking high earnings visibility or low volatility.

The release of the next results on 29 October 2026 and the group’s ability to confirm its growth trajectory and margin improvement will be decisive in assessing whether the stock’s upside potential can continue into late 2026 and 2027.

4 reasons to invest in 2CRSi stock in 2026

  1. Hypergrowth driven by solid fundamentals. 2CRSi’s operational dynamics translate into a spectacular revenue takeoff, crossing the €416 million mark in the latest fiscal year. This financial trajectory demonstrates the group’s ability to translate its order books into concrete revenue and to increase its production cadence.
  2. A strategic positioning at the heart of the AI and quantum boom. As a designer and integrator of high-performance servers (HPC), 2CRSi benefits directly from the major technological megatrends. It fully leverages the exponential demand for high-performance compute infrastructures without bearing the colossal R&D risks of developing proprietary processors.
  3. Technological differentiation through energy-efficient know-how. In the face of overheating and exploding power consumption in data centers, 2CRSi’s expertise in liquid cooling constitutes a decisive competitive advantage. By enabling energy bill reductions of up to 60%, its solutions directly meet customers’ environmental and economic requirements.
  4. A proactive commercialization and entry into new markets. The group does not rest on its historical strengths: it continually expands its international client base and penetrates strategic new segments, ranging from sovereign cloud to cutting-edge robotics, securing future growth drivers.

4 reasons not to invest in 2CRSi stock in 2026

  1. Governance risk and trust-driven volatility. Speculative attacks, notably following Grizzly Research’s accusations, have driven up the stock’s risk premium. The company must still fully restore investor confidence in the durability of its contracts and the transparency of its governance.
  2. Strong dependence on the global supply chain. As an assembler reliant on semiconductor giants, 2CRSi remains vulnerable to shortages of complex electronic components. Any lengthening of delivery times for strategic chips can directly disrupt its assembly line and delay invoicing.
  3. Vulnerability to geopolitical uncertainties. International trade tensions and export restrictions on advanced technologies can directly affect clients’ investment decisions or extend timelines for major projects abroad, exposing the group to regulatory risks beyond its control.
  4. Concentration of the client portfolio. While gradually improving, the group’s dependence on its major clients remains a significant risk. The top ten clients represented up to 84% of revenue in fiscal year 2024-2025 (vs. 34% the previous year). The five largest accounted for around 70% in 2025-2026 (vs. 90% the prior year). The loss or delay of a contract from one of these major accounts would have an immediate and disproportionate impact on the company’s overall financial performance.

A few questions about 2CRSI stock

2CRSi stock experienced a spectacular drop of 43.05% on June 18, 2026, collapsing to €25.40. This sharp plunge was triggered by the publication of a Grizzly Research hedge fund report accusing the group of artificially constructing a false growth narrative around its contracts and operational performance.

To respond to these accusations and restore market confidence, 2CRSi’s management has commissioned an independent audit firm to conduct in-depth investigations. The work covers the accounts for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2024, June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2026, with a final report expected in October 2026.

Investors looking to diversify exposure to the chip and IT infrastructure sector can follow the following companies: Nvidia, ASML, Super Micro Computer, Dell Technologies, STMicroelectronics, TSMC or Micron.

The potential of 2CRSi stock rests on a balance between strong sector fundamentals and a pressing need to reassure markets. If the explosion in demand for AI infrastructure and energy-efficient servers creates a massive addressable market already evidenced by record sales, 2CRSi stock (up more than 137% in 2026) must confront high volatility.

To reach a new milestone by late 2026 and in 2027, the stock will need a major catalyst, starting with the resolution of governance uncertainties via the independent audit results expected this autumn, a confirmed improvement in operating margins thanks to services, and continued diversification of its client base.

2CRSi serves clients across several sectors such as cloud services (OVHcloud, Clever Cloud…), AI & HPC software publishers (Speechify, AZmed…), science and education (Paris Brain Institute…), industry (Airbus, Thales…), defense (Groupe Dassault, Edge…) and governments, media and entertainment (BBC, ARTE…).
