Trump Posts Video of ‘Massive Attack’ and Claims Iran’s Military Leaders Were Killed

4 April 2026

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, stated this Saturday (4) that Iranian military leaders were “eliminated” in a “massive” attack on Tehran. The statement was published at 5:37 p.m. (Brasília time) on the Truth Social network and was accompanied by a video with footage of the attacks.

In the message, Trump wrote that “many Iranian military leaders, who led them in a poor and imprudent manner, were eliminated, along with much more, with this massive attack in Tehran”.

The post comes hours after the president hardened his tone toward the country by setting a deadline for an agreement involving the Strait of Hormuz. In another message released on Saturday morning, Trump stated that “time is running out” and gave 48 hours “before hell would break loose upon them,” referring to Iran.

The ultimatum is related to negotiations to reopen the sea route, considered strategic for global oil transportation. Since late February, the strait has remained closed amid the conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran.
